I agree with the VX-R. All of my standard duplex Leupolds have always been lacking in low light performance. Especially when shooting into cover.

I agree with the VX-R. All of my standard duplex Leupolds have always been lacking in low light performance. Especially when shooting into cover.
Though the 2-7 VX-R is a 30mm tube, it is still a compact scope that won't dwarf the little M7. I was actually looking to replace the 3-9x40 Monarch UCC on my .260 M7. The 3-9 Swarovski with the 4A reticle was my first choice. But the VX-R mentioned has my interest.
