Here's one from the Internet. They are 30-35 years old now....made in El Paso....they weigh 13 ounces, made of steel....very good scopes.....in the early eighties they were brighter than the Leupold M8 4X scopes of the same era...I know, I had both of them.
Actual magnification is 4.1X....it is actually noticeable in the scope that the image is BIGGER than a corresponding Leupold. Field of view is wider, and the duplex is thicker. You can still look into the woods after dusk....the Leupold had to go to bed....
Find a pristine specimen on ebay....You can find 'em for $100....if you don't like it, you can always use it for a 22.....
