Yes, the 2-7x would be great. I just recommended the VX-R 3-9x because I have one.

Either way, I'd go with the Firedot #4 reticle. I have the Firedot Duplex which works very well for me, but the #4 is superior for lower light and in brush. IMO.
(Not that you hunt in heavy vegetation in South Florida.) ![Wink]( "Wink")
