This one off the samplelist would be about the best you could do for the dollar:

Burris Fullfield II or Redfield Revolution are the usual suspects otherwise. I put one of the Burris on my wife's deer rifle. Resolution falls apart in low light, but it's nice when the sun shines. I don't recall any special trouble zeroing and it has held it for years. She is especially rough on her rifles, too.

If you need to go really cheap, gamble on a Simmons. I have always had good luck with them on light kicking plinking rifles.
